She was named after her mother who passed away. She spent the majority of her childhood studying different languages. Her adolescence was spent traveling with her mother and siblings to Ithania and back before she was enrolled in a school for Diplomacy. After her mother died their father faked his death when they where 21, but her and her siblings where unaware of that. They had burried what they found of their fathers left leg. Phoebe was actually lonely without her mother, so she took up dancing as a way to distract herself. With dancing she can express herself without words. She believes a good diplomat should have the ability to remain neutral in situations, to keep the peace while getting down to business, like when it comes to things like talking to head of other families, especially important ones. Their father had returned 9 years later, and during that time she focused on increasing her skills in diplomacy as well as continuing her dancing. She never truly loved anyone, she thought her studies where more important, though that might change in the future. She had also decided to get a tattoo, a band around her right ring finger, it symbolizes her ties to her family are more important than anything else. The family is now back together and we wait to see what transpires on their adventurous journey to the top.
