Once again there is a spilt concerning premium benefits, and once again does the concept of perspective get thrown out the window.
People know that Cayorion is the owner of the server as well as the owner of many custom-made and well-managed plugins. They also know that he needs premiums to join to make sure that he can forge a living out of the server.
What people don't particularly get is that Cayorion, at any time, can pick up everything on MassiveCraft and just drop it.
This means that he can just shut down the entire system and leave to go find a better job as a software developer, meaning that he will earn 3x more money and not be as pressured with public demands on this server.
Yet why does he stick around? Well, this is where perspective comes into play. Cayorion does this because it's fun for him. It's fun to meet new and interesting players with ideas. It's fun to manage a server where multiple types of communities can flourish together. But it isn't fun when he has to put up with whining and non-constructive criticism.
Cayorion doesn't want to make a tough decision, and the complaining isn't helping him make that choice. He has to figure out and brainstorm different ways he can help keep the server happy, and when people start to get mad about something he has done, you can only expect the same back. Except he doesn't resort to the anger method, and he doesn't lose his temper.
Imagine how you would feel if you were in that situation where you had to decide on a certain topic, where the wrong choice could ultimately shut down the server you've loved and spent time on for over 2 years.
This is what Cayorion has to do, every single day, from the moment he wakes to the second he falls asleep. And when he has to go to bed knowing that a certain group of players are unhappy with him, don't you think that he becomes even a tiny bit frustrated with everybody around him?
And now, since cookies aren't working, let's try a cake.

Hopefully this will make you keep perspective in mind as you type, and empathy in heart as you speak.
