The Duchess of Huilendom lounged on her open balcony in the early morning, reading through her copy of the Palace Chronicles. A sole finger trailed along the page to ensure she did not lose her place, and upon reaching the second column, a small and wistful sigh escaped her.
"Oh, Millie, I'm glad you're enjoying yourself." A short laugh escaped Haeddi and then she tossed a glance about. A sole correction of, "Viscountess Cadieux," escaped her, in case any listened to her mumblings, before she continued her reading.
