SUMMARY
"Orison of the Lamb", a play of tragedy by Everett Hawthorn, follows The Heroine: a countess of House Pâtre. Despite the recent discovery of her sister's abdication from knighthood, she cannot mind distractions, for her responsibility lays with the city and the city lays with her gods. The city slows for none. Dutiful as she is faithful, we see her persevere amidst all which is equally uncontrollable and unreliable. She must, for how can she possibly rest if there is not another to take her place?
DATES OF SHOWING
For a modest fee of entry, find the hospitality of the Adamovsky Estate in their private theatre house. Nosebleed booths may be booked in advance for a luxurious view of the stage from above, with those of peerage taking priority in reservations.
Night One: TBD
Night Two: TBD
OOC Q&A
"WHAT is this?" This will be an in-character play production, complete with a real script & character actors! The "fee of entry" is fake funny money, so please don't send me actual in-game currency.
"WHERE is the theatre?" First, /tp NobleDistrict and then take the left path into the forest. Keep walking down it until you reach the Adamovsky Estate. The theatre will be across the courtyard from the entrance, with stairs to the nosebleed seating being accessible up the outside staircase.
"WHEN is this play showing?" Orison of the Lamb will be playing for TWO nights with TWO different cast arrangements! Specific dates haven't been decided yet, but it will be hosted on a weekend with times listed in EST. Don't worry, there'll be lots of advertising in advance so you don't miss it!
"WHY should I come to this event?" Because I really really really really really really really really really want you to. Plus, everyone's invited & no one will be barred entry (unless they're disruptive or blatantly an illegal affliction).
