I - Formation and Duty
With the Imperial proclamations of Holy Imperator Cedromar I in the special court of 4 April 306 AC, the formation of a missionary organization funded through the State has been permitted to arise. This Order of the Golden Eye has its purpose first in faith, second in discovery.

It is this duty of this organization to spread the teachings of Union to the farthest reaches of the world, to regions both known and unknown. It is the opinion of the Order that the Union Faith cannot remain bastioned within the confines of our Empire; rather, the Faith should precede the Empire, inspiring in the godless forsaken the Almighty Spirit, long before the State claims its rightful territories. Only through the far shining of the Light can we show the Way to the helpless.

II - The Opportunity for the Layman
Selfless laboring in the Faith is not reserved for the clergyman to bear alone. It is said that by many hands the Spirit work is done. The Regent extends an opportunity to the layman to become an integral part of the Great Way, to do his duty for the Spirit and His Imperial Holiness. We open our arms to Unionists who welcome challenge, who have within their hearts a burning passion for righteousness. We welcome those who have within their souls a willingness to become shepherds to an unwilling flock.

Men with diplomatic experience are most welcome. Men with combative experience are most welcome. Men who are repentant and seek to right their wrongs through service are most welcome. Men of foreign qualities or origins but who hold within their hearts the teachings of Union are most welcome.

In this era of unfathomable consequence, may we endeavor to always step within the Light of our Savior Spirit.

III - Arrangement of Organization
The arrangement of the Order is outlined simply with two ranks. Regent and Missionaries. The Regent shall command, and the Missionaries will go where commanded. The Regent shall stay in power until such time the Imperator or the Spirit wills him to be removed. The Missionaries shall have their positions as appointed by the Regent, and may be stripped on their position for inadequacies or incompetence at any time.

Opportunities for structural expansion may occur in time.

For all my life, I have endeavored to maintain a pious bearing and serve the Great Way to the fullness of my capacity. My recent responsibilities have had the twofold effect of increasing my capacities, but decreasing the free time in which I may directly serve. By this, I aim to position myself to serve directly in yet another way, for what is more important than service to the Spirit?
I will bring my own knowledge in History, Alchemy, Writing, and even some Planar theory. Besides my own skills, I offer the disposal of my house's resources towards this great goal. Though not the obvious skills for missionary work, I do believe they'll show their usefulness.
