On The Availability And Claims Of Sewer Bases

Hello Everyone!

I have made this thread to possibly make things easier for many sewer groups, and to alleviate confusion on preferences or "claims" of certain sewer bases. Before I continue, saying that you have "claimed" or "want" a certain sewer base on this thread will not guarantee that you get it! This is just to make things a little easier and to avoid confusion.

The point of this thread is to have the leaders of prominent or semi-large sewer groups discuss which, if any, sewer base or area that they would prefer to buy when rents are available. Because of the twisting and maze-like halls of the sewers, I do not know all of the areas and therefore people will have to add some.

The Areas I can think of are:
Ithanytown
Grittown
Bazar
Kotdam
CarrionPerch
Drains
South and North Caves

I am posting this in a completely unbiased way. I am going to tag everyone that I know that owns/manages a sewer group. Please, anyone, feel free to tag more people. The way I would like this to be answered is in this format:

Group Name:
Leader(s):
Preferred Sewer Base:
Possible Area:
Any Notes:

And please, please keep the arguing to a minimum. Disputes can just as well be carried on in pm than in this thread. I will answer any and all questions, of course. Discussion is encouraged, as long as it is not accusatory or detrimental. Also, please try to stay on topic.

Greenwell base is actually far too small for our purposes, as cute as the location is.

The Nenyarina are currently going after the large 3 story ruin base near the tavern. (Currently unnamed!)

Group Name: The Nenyarina
Leader(s): Me & @Caelamus
Preferred Sewer Base: 3-Story Tavern Ruin
Possible Area: Uh, the one closest the tavern with an internal structure. It doesn't have a name.
Any Notes: The Nenyarina may decide to collectively rent the Greenwell area, but I don't think we will need the base unless for a personal endeavor of one of our members.

Possible area is an entire place. Ithanytown is an area, the base is called Ithanytownbase.

Really nice sentiment, but I would also like for there to be no assuming. The Nenya will find their base, as will your group. Don't put words into peoples mouths

All the bases I have my eyes on are not for rent in the beginning, as they are all the larger bases. With that said, I do like this thread's goal, to try and have people have some sort of understanding when the regions go up for rental.

However, as with any rentals, claiming dibs on regions won't necessarily mean you get them off the bat. Especially if one considers the non-forum users who will not see this thread, and just camp a base as usual.

Just offering my opinion on the matter. Chance are I'll just do my usual thing and wait 5 mins before the timer ends and pray to the ping gods I hit first.

Oh, uh. Thanks for reminding me. It's all yours, House Aguila fell apart because 80% of the members would only respond to information about the coven when I directly insulted them.
