FROM THE DESK OF HIS EXCELLENCY IMPERIAL STATE MINISTER JARED LUCHS KADE
A PROCLAMATION

1. As of April the 26th, 306 AC, House Guards may now hold an additional job, including Guard Charter work. The legal precedent up to now was that an individual could only serve in one, but after consultation with the Crown, we are happy to announce House Guards may serve additional jobs. (( However, when they do so, they stop contributing to House Guard Points))

2. The Crimson Inquisition has received the Right to administer Lapis Collars to Abberants. They will accomplish this using their own Registry and Collaring System, a service they will share with Law Enforcement as it is formed, for the expedient delivery of justice. Should you or anyone you know suspect another of being an unregistered mage, report them to the Crimson Inquisition's leader Albus du Pont.

All official acts of this proclamation are ... Official.
Reviewed and Officiated by the Office of Interior State Minister Luchs Kade.
