He has two curling horns, often wrapped in finery and metal, and a harpoon-tipped tail that is similarly decorated. He bears a multitude of scars and old injuries. Most often, he can be seen wearing gold-laden clothing in hues of white and grey, with a beloved opulent overcoat on top.

ACT ONE | THE WRETCH
CHILDHOOD: Cecil is born as the illegitimate child of a Vierzehn Celate and an Altalar. His heritage leads to ostracization and abuse.
ADOLSENCE: Cecil leaves home at thirteen and lives on the streets until sixteen. Then, he joins a theater troupe which turns out to be a Vampire coven of misfits.
ACT TWO | THE MORNINGSTAR
TEENAGE YEARS: Cecil is infected at seventeen and falls in love with the coven leader, ascending to lead at his side. He swears revenge on his parents and on the upper class of his homeland.
YOUNG ADULTHOOD: Cecil terrorizes the city for two years, earning the nickname 'Morningstar' after burning down a Temple. This garners his mother's attention, prompting her to hunt him down.
ACT THREE | THE BROKEN CIRCLE, MADE WHOLE
ADULTHOOD: Cecil's coven is scattered as his lover is executed and he is cured and thrown in prison. Freed in the night by a stranger, he flees to the Archipelago and furthers his newfound obsession with the Void.
PRESENT: Driven by mistakes and regrets, Cecil runs away again at twenty two, arriving in Regalia in search of power, opportunity, and a reprieve from his past.

@KrakenLord01 Hello! I'm switching threads for Cecil's app. Please reject the last one and use this one from now on; otherwise, the only thing changed in this update besides aesthetics was switching 3 Body Art to 3 Alchemy. EDIT: Removed, I can't do math.

Just some things: You spent 53 core points instead of 50. Also, I think you mean Honed Skill 1 instead of Honed Skill 2 as you cannot get an additional Arcanology/Metallurgy/Linguistic pack with Honed Skill 2.
