Oh! Yes, actually. In order for this app to be approved, you must have it updated to the newest format.
 
Sorry for the wait! Here's my review:
  • The only lingering error I could find is that your life story still exceeds the word limit. Please put your existing life story in a spoiler titled "Life Chronicles", and add a bullet point list of all important points in Noelle's life, with dates.
  • Make this edit in another colour and I'll approve this app!

You don't have to have it rejected unless you don't want this character application anymore. My suggestion would be to add a closure to the life story somewhere, saying that the character has passed.
 
Wow I just realized you didn't add Rinel to the relationships. So disappointed.
