A notice would be put up across the crown isle. It wouldn't be anything too flashy, but humbly displayed a yellow wax seal, featuring a crossbow. Beneath the wax hung a single green ribbon. The notice would be written in a rather simple font, appeasing to the semi-literate whom it was intended for.
It would read as follows:
To Whomever it May Concern,
The House dei Termini are upholding an honored tradition by hiring mercenaries seeking work. This is not an active employment, rather, an opportunity to be hired in for various tasks in the future. Employment options are negotiable but the purposes of this is to offer work on an as needed basis.
As such, we will be hiring any individual registered with the Fighter's Guild of Regalia. Those who are not a member, we will be turning away your application for the sake of maintaining a legal practice and putting to work those who pledge their blades to the Empire.
Those interested are asked to pen a letter to Lord Giovanni dei Termini.
