no offence mon but ive seen a LOT of staff abuse in my time on here that was never considered abuse for instance i think it was James who banned sevak for "hacking" or something? then there was yankee giant who was banned for attempting to raid a mods faction with his PVP guild this was just in the last 1and 1/2 years as well. Not saying all the GM's do it but this server has a long history of admin abuse as well as no one reporting it i just hate seeing good games/servers die off for wrong reasons or miscommunication or even poorly implemented ideas (last part doesn't apply to massivecraft).
It's your choice to belief these people were innocent. It's my choice to belief in the authenticity of the proof that was present. Hacking bans are only issued when a player activates certain hack triggers and is provided with video evidence. I've never heard of the instances you mentioned so they are probably not true.
the rules have been bent on a great many different situations i couldn't list them all and haven't bothered remembering most of them a lot of the time in favor of users but also in favor of staff unfortunately with any system there are ways to get around them even with high vigilance for instance omnom gave us some stuff we lost in lava from a PVP raid back when people needed an RP reason to raid it was against the rules at the time to spawn items but she did it because she felt it was justified at the time
agreed on the rants without proof but from the perspective of those who have been wronged proof is only useful in an unbiased group but when admin abuse is involved its extremely biased words the admin and as all server rules go what the admin says goes the king says die so die even if the proof is indisputable and i am not showing proof just asking if the proof is making a difference now or if there are still problems as for those who are banned legitimately i can say good riddance to bad rubbish.
My friend @tomzy2k10 was banned due to false evidence of suspected hacking (5+ filed reports).
Welp, was a good run for him. Thanks for doing your job as a staff! Community (PvP and RP) is happy.

It's all fine and dandy demanding proof, but remember massivecraft tends to urge disgression on these things, people who post extreme ban related material will be punished for it
