(new Sewer) Can We Apply For Certain Things?

Me and my friend @BrammekeH are not sure if we can get one of the Sewer Bases as we are thinking of setting up a Clinic, and we are wondering if we could apply for a sewer. Is this possible? to apply for certain business or will this not be permitted?

Thats kinda unfair as a lot of people will be waiting over night for plots and such when the time comes.

Its a nice idea. Just not fair for other players

Then again they waited over night and deserve it on merit of dedication alone, could you imagion putting that much effort to getting a plot and then having it taken from you because someone else wants it for something else.

Basically you need to have a huge group with different timezones like the Nenyarina where we have..
australia..
america..
terrible british body clocks...
normal british body clock (me im the only one)
and you need regals.

The general norm is that you never apply for a rental. You just go there 5 minutes before they are rent-able and stake a claim. Then it's the fastest click that wins. Usually after these rents people then try and buyout the new owner to see if they'll budge from the shop, or wait the one month and buy it again.
While the idea of having a plan is nice and all, you have to make the (very untrue) assumption that everyone has a set plan of what they want to do with the region.

And yes, @Scriihbe is right in that you should always bring more buddies to help rent the region for you.

I'm the person who walks into a region a minute before it goes up for rent and then spam clicks. My claim is just as valid as the guy who sat for 24 hours (why though?) I think you should adopt the same strategy to get a region. Hopefully this helps. And remember that being nice to people always helps.

Happened to me a while back. Starpoo1 rushed in and took a house I'd been waiting at over night at the last second. He didn't even want the house - he sold it right away for cheap to anyone but me. Not sure what compels people to do things like that.

I waited for about 8 hours? to buy a new house in a opening district and I mean I was with some other people we were all a group and we weree going to share it mind you.

Anyway we didn't get it because a person (no names) ran into it a minute away AND RENTED IT BEFORE WE Could. It was pretty annoying and she tried to offer us her other house claiming it was the same size and same value? It didn't even look the size and wasn't nearly as pretty. THe person already had about three houses now when we had zero.
I think its just a bit of a jerk move to do that.
