Premiums lost a lot of features. Here I have some, a few of them might conflict with the EULA, I am not sure. Non prems can do a few of these, for example naming items. But maybe premiums could do it for free (it is only aesthetic)
Remember this is only brainstorming, and I do not support all of these myself. But I put them here because it can give inspiration for other features.
Here they are.
  • Reserve nicknames
  • Name items.
  • Prem only, to craft some aesthetic blocks. (Future custom blocks)
  • Premium section on the forums only for premium.
  • Teamspeak title or something, like that.
  • Choose your own self colour using /sc, so it can be blue, green, yellow or whatever you like.
  • Ability to fly in minigame lobbies, the hub and similar places.
  • Premiums TS channels, only for premiums.
  • Must be premium to crate temp channels on TS. (I do not support this one myself)
  • Less cooldown on some chat channels. Help is probably ok, trade probably isn't.
  • Change name/title of own backpack.
  • Ability to disguise as mob in minigame lobbies, the hub and similar places.
  • Ability to disable server tips. (Most premiums don't need these)
  • Colour leather armour in ANY rgb (or whatever system is used) colour they want.
  • Have particles surrounding you all the time (if you want it), in some sort or another. For example musical note flying around you head.
  • Colour own chat messages. (With restrictions)
  • Gifs as forum avatar.
  • Add enchantment effect to items. (It is possible to have the glowing effect but not have any enchantments)
  • Get your own head every month or so.
  • Place permanent particles. So you can have a magic path, or just make buildings look better.
  • Put colours on signs.
  • Change colour on wool and glass.
  • Get maps with picture. (I was going to say any PNG picture, but how should people upload that) Maybe your own head or skin.
  • A special world with a statue of all premium members, everyone should be able to access this world.

These ones might conflict with EULA

  • Prem only for these commands /ptime (currently everyone) and /pweather (currently no one)
  • Ability to save and load traits builds.
  • Longer money log. (I think everyone should have this)
  • Priority in help chat and /ti.
  • Naming mobs. (Keeps them from despawning)

That was a long one. I hope some of them can be added.
Remember a comment is worth much more than a vote in the poll.

Some of them seem cool but I'm not sure how it would work with EULA.

EULA seems really petty about its way of doing things, I just want to clarify I don't disagree with a lot of them but the people behind it might. I don't know how to explain it but a lot of them would be considered an "advantage" over other players.

Come with an example, there was a few which I said could conflict with the EULA. But most of the others is only aesthetic or forum/TS related.
Everything on the forums and on TeamSpeak, doesn't conflict with the EULA.

Okay sorry I'll give an example. The aesthetic blocks you were talking about might be. Someone on a different forum post was talking about just riding your pet horse inside regalia and said that would be against the rules, so I wouldn't be surprised if those were as well.

Riding a horse isn't against he EULA, if it is something it is MassiveCraft rules. I will quote mojang
Can I sell "kits" for hard currency if I provide a balanced alternative for non-paying users?
If the "kits" contain gameplay-affecting features they are not allowed. Gameplay balance is not relevant to the EULA. If the items included in the kit are purely cosmetic, you can charge real money/hard currency
Asteroid blocks is a kind of kit. And is only aesthetic so it is ok. I said crafting because then they pay something and the blocks isn't free and you can build as much as you want.(1 wooden plank, for a produce crate, for example).
Can you come with other examples

And, I wouldn't say any color armor, because it would be very easy to impersonate a guard. And the name color one would make it easy to impersonate staff. Sorry if I'm being to annoying.

But you are the only one that can see the self colour. The armour one, would be hard to enforce, unless it isn't a feature.

Gif as a forum avatar?
Like, no one uses those.
And the priority in /ti wouldn't be fair. Someone could be being harassed or griefed and that can affect gameplay.

Ahem,

you can tame mobs still with mushroom soup and Name them I believe so its already there for non-Prems and Prems still I think
It can be done, but it has a fee. My suggestion was prems could do it for free. But since it gives an advantage, well then it can't be used a a prem perk.
