I think there should be more mini games for example like one including the cannon feature (ship battle) where one team has to attack from a ship with cannons on it to take over a coastal fort

I disagree, this server is mainly about RP and PVP. I think that's enough to keep you busy for quite a while. Anyway, if you want minigames, you should go to a server dedicated to that, most people come to MassiveCraft for RP/PVP.
