A mass-produced notice would be placed on noticeboards around the city offering work, especially in Crookback and Crookback adjacent burroughs. The familiar Cog with a Maiden's face in it's centre dictated this was yet another ad for the Copper Maiden. Great... _____________________________________________________ New Crew Wanted and Desperately Needed After the crisis the Copper Maiden has now lost a large number of it's crewmates, with them either finding new and more important roles elsewhere, deciding not to return to the city due to the Cycle, having turned out to be Slizzar or remnant High Command clone imposters and thieves, or due to them having sadly passed during the fighting. As such it is imperative that we continue to advertise and seek out new members for the crew to fill it up so that we can get right back to work for the public. We have four key roles needing to be filled at the moment before we are even ready to set sail again. These are as follows: - Powder Monkey/Defender: Someone with skill with firearms AND close range to lead the crew into battle alongside the Captain WHEN NECESSARY. They will also likely be working alongside the Boatswain (a rank kept by Regar/Regina Coaleye) in creating weapons for the crewmates and for the ship itself to further defend it. - Scribe: This is the ship lawyer position, as well as the keeper of travelling documentation. This will be our main source of promotion, information keeping and fund tallying, collection and correct distribution. This role may also not be required to journey with us on ship journeys, but scribbling up documents that allow for docking in ports will certainly be required. This role will be working alongside the Navigator. - Navigator: Someone with a keen eye for water roads, travel, and navigating through the oceans, as well as plotting courses and keeping a good eye out during the voyage for worrying signs or interesting sights. You will work closely with the Captain, as well as the Scribe. - Deckhand: We are ALSO seeking crewmates in the Deckhand position as well. This is a more freeform role onboard, and you will be working with those of the important positions who require you. This role needs you to be skilled in multiple fields across the ship and be willing to listen to those in the key positions. This rank can also be joined by multiple people, rather than just one.
