Neravahc became a devoted follower of The Malefica near the end of his original life. Unlike some Mortis Cultists who serve out of fear or deception, Neravahc embraces the Malefica's hatred with full and willing dedication.

Neravahc serves as a mentor in the dark arts of Entropy and Necromancy, but only to those who have sworn themselves to the Malefica's will. He does not tolerate the unfaithful seeking knowledge for their own gain - for only those who embrace death as their master are deemed worthy of his teachings.
