Height: 6’2” ________ ________ Personality - Alignment: Nayasol’s dedication to the Xenophane has made him rather isolationist compared to the world outside of the concerns Manathar. Of all his concerns, the highest priority are discovering himself, discovering all he can about the obscure and the magical, following in the footsteps of the dragons, and of course, respecting the ex-loyalists he’s come to know as family. He is solidly Lawful Neutral to the eyes of the Regalian Government, but leans towards Lawful Good to those whom he has a connection with and those that serve him well. Personality: Nayasol, after converting, is quiet and bookish. Much of his spare time is spent reading, and practicing his ritualism. Bitter after he felt betrayed by the Kathar that tried to hold him back from becoming a Manathar, he harbors a sense of needing to cut himself off from any ties that bind him, while still wanting to incorporate past parts of himself into what he is today (his fashion being one). Occasionally witty and light-hearted, he has an incredibly sharp mind and wears such a fact on his sleeve, alongside his more romantic (yet somewhat dark) heart. Religion: Nayasol is a devout follower of the Xenophane, having converted after a painful awakening that the Kathar void-based religions didn’t satisfy his moral and personal needs. He finds no kinship among other Kathar, and while he still reveres Arken, he has no bias towards Void or Exist. However, within him rests a deep-seated fascination indeed the forerunners, and with their technology, knowledge, and power, Nayasol treats them as somebody would treat a god, and to this end he has devoted his faith into following in the footsteps of the makers, ever bound to the Xenophane but trying each day to decipher the miracles of the dragons and those that came before. _________ _________ Life Story - Nayasol was born in the heart of winter in the year of 235, the child of a Crimson Witch and a Shenath. Raised not as Nayasol but as Vularï Iraluv, the boy was brought up by his mother and the coven he considered his only family, no memory of the man who had been his father. For the young Nayasol, though, he wasn’t without a father figure in any measure, and the guidance of his upbringing was guided as much by the coven as a whole as it was by his more cold and detached mother. To him, the lack of his mother’s warmth was nothing more than simply how things were meant to be, how vampiric and Kathar society was and should be. Only the weak required anything more than their own inmost strength to survive, after all. As he was raised, Nayasol was trained by the blade and by the hunt. Though not a hunter as others of his coven, he was taught and disciplined into moreso the art of inquisition and ensuring the unity of faith through martial means. Though, even so starting as young as the age of five, Nayasol never went without remembering that his place was nothing more than to serve. To serve the coven. To serve the Void. To serve the Arken. To serve the Kathar. To serve his own base instincts. Service and servitude were what he knew, and it became a doctrine to him. As he grew older, Nayasol’s mind began to shift away from the matter more martial, and while he became a natural predator with a dagger, he had a natural mind for matters arcane, and studied such ideas with a voracity, versing himself in the esoteric and eldritch, turning practice into praxis as he was turned more and more out to study ruins rather than working as a bodyguard or a servant. He still did his fair share of time serving beneath Kather royalty and vampire nobles, but in him was more a love of magic than all other things, seeing it as a tool for power incomprehensible, a way to bend the whim of the worlds. Nayasol, when he finally came of age, began to travel farther and farther from the Coven, staying away months and sometimes even years, studying, training, and doing what he was ordered to do, but within him was always a spark of rebellion that demanded him to be free from the dementation of the Void, yet even stronger was the drive of family, something that Nayasol had always believed was what he had with his coven. During his years of traveling and service he took on his token motif of a bird, and had woven his most precious article of clothing; a feather half-shawl. It was after this acquisition that Nayasol began to embrace his love for ‘beautiful things,’ and his love of birds and birdwatching too manifested. Years of service turned soon to decades, and as the years trod by war became more and more a reality that Nayasol faced, to the point where he eventually volunteered to leave home, pushing into the heart of the enemy that sought to bring the downfall of the Dread Empire: Regalia. Leaving with two companions whom he had made good friends with during his travels, Nayasol’s transit to Regalia was smooth, falling into the city seamlessly and disappearing into the heart of the shadows of Regalia, the start of bringing the war against the Ailor. However, Regalia was a completely new experience for him, as compared to the coven he had always thought of as family the organization with which he worked and the Kathar felt far closer. He had sworn, as was duty, to serve, but he felt truly connected to those he worked with beyond the shallow, skin-deep connection that he had shared with his actual blood and kine. Even when the organization began to splinter and fall away, Nayasol fought to hold his newfound family together, only to have it slip through his fingers and crumble to ash. And for the first time, Nayasol felt betrayed by his homeland. So far from home and seemingly forgotten and forsaken by the Dread Empire, Nayasol fled into the sewers, bitter, feeling twisted and hurt by the fact that of everything he and the organization had done, they were forgotten and left to crumble to nothing when the Dread Empire began to falter. He, much like his friends and companions, some he would never see again, was left scattered and lost, and for months he roamed the sewers and the shadows, feasting aimlessly and without restraint, and as he wandered, he ruminated, and he pondered, and he thought. He found wonders beyond the Void in the darkness, and in revelation he began to try to throw off the yoke of his worship in his enlightenment, a mix of stolen history books and what he could find forgotten. By sheer chance and look, he stumbled upon one of the two companions that he had traveled with, and in this reunion, he found something new; he found the Manathar, those born of magic, those of the Kathar who believed that in symmetry there was a larger truth. Feeling still hesitant in his ideas, and still lost, Nayasol began to learn, studying all he could not about the Void but about the Exist in tandem, finding an understanding in both planes, and a reverence for the beings that stood apart from both. Having been given a trail by his ancient companion, Nayasol took the brave road and sought out another of the old order, speaking with her on the nature of the duality and the Xenophane, and discovering the whole truth of the Manathar. When he was pushed by Kathar who struck down his ideas of defiance of the Void, without question he took the step away from the blind zealotry, and he fell under the Mentor’s guidance, giving up his previous name and taking on the name he has borne since. Becoming a Manathar, Nayasol was not only free to finally see and learn the whole truth, but freed from the vampirism that he was born with. Studying, reading, learning, and understanding, Nayasol was a natural Lector and spent little time outside of that legion, a habit he continues today. Though the Manathar have fallen in the same way the ancient order he was once apart of had began to crumble, through the curse of the Void clickers and the other demons that have railed against the Manathar, then others chose to hide he continued to bear his true identity proudly, without fear, a devout to the Xenophane and reaffirming his place when once more faced with the choice. Nayasol now continues to do what he has always done; learn. With every horizon broadened, with every piece of history he can find dissected, with every thought spent thinking on the dragons and the precursors, he learns, and he steps closer to the day when he carves his name forever in history. ________ ________

Updated Nayasol’s sheet with proficiency changes, and rewrote parts of his backstory/personality to be more in-line with my idea of him as a character now!
I'm confused with this, can you elaborate or change this to being dagger combat and sorcery respectively and not it mushed together? @Lizehrd
With how Lector Manathar work, all combat proficiencies are immediately transformed into Sorcery, and I had wished to clarify that on the sheet. @Nesstro
