A peacemaking organization of vigilantes that formed together to protect the innocents and purge the corrupted. Variety of members from all across the lands and oceans join this mysterious gang. Each individual has a dark past that haunts them and they fight to reclaim their lives. In order to find their peace, they go out to hunt down the evils of Regalia.
The Arbitrators have multi-tasks of almost anything they can think of. Go out hunting in the wilderness to feed the hunger, work in restaurants or stores to raise money for the poor, practice medicine to cure the sick, or even train with their leader to become stronger. They walk out into the streets and blend in with the Regalians. Hiding in plain sight and nobody knows what or who they are.
But when The Arbitrators put on their masks. They are watching in the shadows and will strike down anyone who threatens the innocent. Bounty hunting, steal from robbers, emergency rescue, and including missing people to be found. They never work alone and they always go out in groups. Working together to fight for what is right makes them stronger. Also, the gang never tries to kill anyone. Instead, they will beat the void out of someone and restrain them until the guards take them away. But they would only kill if it is necessary to protect the people of Regalia.
The relationship between the guards and The Arbitrators are very settling. Even though the guards don't fully agree with the gang of some illegal stuff they do. The Arbitrators keep their distance away and give them respect.
No matter how painful things can get or fallen to the ground. The Arbitrators will always stand back up and take on the wrath and pain. Why are they doing this? Because they don't want anyone to suffer from what they went through. They crave for justice and peace. They will do anything to become the shield of life.
