Good Morning, Afternoon or Night, since I haven't been online as much, due to SAT prep and other school activities, I've decided it's for the best for me and small portion of private investors and tech savvy people to propose a deal to the admins of this lovely server, to buy a minimum of 45% stake of this wonderful sever. You might think what does this kid know about buisness or anything basic economics. Massivecraft for almost 4-5 years now has become one of the most popular servers I've have had the pleasure to be on. Since my purchase of another server called "******", daily log in rates have increased 67.5%. There have been days I log in, where there are 34/800 and other where there are 267/800 people, when will we hit the 300 Mark!!!! I only want the best for a server I have invested both time and my allowance to succeed. I do not want Flame and i would like community input as well.

Perhaps you should have tagged the owner of the server as well while you were at it. @Cayorion

And beyond that i am still confused and not even sure if you are being serious or if this is a troll thread so yeah

This is not a troll whatsoever, I have tried to get in contact but no one gives me information, I've mailed him and I even sent him a private message via forums. I've talked to many entrepreneurs (I am even a intern of one) and they've told me that if you see an opportunity go for it. I've also told them about buying the server and they've paid close attention to the server activity and the amount of prems there are on the server. I will go to whatever Cayorion wants, and I have a team ready, if and when I buy the server.

Those three people have believed that could I buy the server and have made pitches to see how they could help, BenRekt has furthered my understanding on other ideas as well.

Correct me if i am wrong here but if you were to buy 45% of the server then why do you need a team? You wouldnt even be owning a controlling part....
 
Oh I totally forgot on my list of nonsense in this thread… You totally didnt tag the owner of the server. Another reason why this sounds like a complete troll thread.

Whether it's a bait or you genuinely think you can purchase (45%? of) the faction server with a poorly planned out thread such as this, the only community input you'll be getting is flame and people pointing out flaws..
 
Is Massive Craft even a LLC? If this was ACTUALLY going to happen I don't even know if your serious.

If you propose to buy shares this is what will have to happen

  1. You will have to set up a board of directors
  2. You will need to discuss what your powers are
  3. Register the company under a name
 
They already essentially have a Board of Directors... But you're thinking of this as though it's an American company. It's not. It's swedish

45% to keep Massivecraft under Cays name because who would go on a server named YankeeCraft? plus my team will help the Tech department plus any pending decision will also have me involved, obviously no one here think I'm serious, but when it comes to money, I'm ALWAYS serious

Right but for 45% Cay can still do whatever he wants without your consent so why even bother… also your valuation of the server as a whole seems low.
 
In terms of investments paying dividends, let's assume your investments starts paying off after 5 years of operating, meaning revenue minus taxes minus operating costs.

We're talking about 90,000 minimum, if this thread was even to be taken seriously. Yes. MassiveCraft is a registered daughter company of a sole proprietorship, it pays taxes to the Swedish state.

No I think it should be 1 million. Due to the fact I, or probably you, don't think MassiveCraft should be sold.
 
Alright it seems this has gone on for quite long enough now. If you or anyone want to actually make a legit pitch to Cayorion about investing in the server then you can do so in a forum private conversation. Broadcasting it like this making it into a troll and flame thread is simply not helping anyone at this point. My suggestion is to make an actual buisness pitch not just a HEY i will now offer XXX amount of money for xxx percentages in your server. I dont believe many buisness deals go down that way atleast not legit ones.

This thread is also in violation for the forum rule of do not advertise other servers. Which you managed to do it the very first post. The post has been edited to remove the name of said server and we request that you do not post it again. If you do we will be taking action against your forum account so regard this as your warning for advertising.

With this we wish you luck on your future endavors as we close this thread for further comments.
