Overview
The Los Protectores Mercenary Company was established in the Crown Isle as part of an attempt to provide the Daendroque Community with security. Due to the political unpopularity of Daendroque culture and their people's criminal reputation, Los Protectores exists as a way to defend other Daendroque in the Crown Isle so that they do not have to organize into gangs for protection.
Code of Conduct
The Los Protectores Mercenary Company expects its members to follow a Code of Conduct which is based on its Commander's Code of the Golden Chalice. Since the Commander is a Monzon Knight, Los Protectores is expected to adhere to certain tenants of the knightly code in order to maintain the mercenary company's good standing with the criminal organizations they may serve. Finally, there are elements of Daendroque nationalism that have been added by virtue of the organization's leadership having a political interest in promoting Daendroque ideals of freedom.

- You must never reveal the identity of your contractors, or the nature of their contract unless the law absolutely requires it.
- You must never accept a contract against Daendroque people, families, or organizations.
- You must never hold a grudge against other Daendroque.
- You must never accept a contract to enslave Ailor.
- You must never accept a contract in service to the Faith of Estel.
- You must never accept a contract to facilitate the imprisonment of another unless ordered to do so by the Lord Commander or the Lord Chancellor.
- You must never attack unarmed and defenseless individuals.
- You must never deny a contract if payment is offered in gold unless other codes are broken.
- You must never lie or deceive anyone while on contract.
- You must never betray a member of the company.
Violations of this code will be investigated by the Commander of the company, and repeated violations will result in ejection from the company in a public condemnation ceremony at the Mercenary Keep.

The Los Protectores Mercenary Company uniform emphasizes the color green in honor of the Flag of Daenshore. Male members will also wear a red beret, while female members will wear a red bandana. Though the uniform appears to be minimalist, adaptations may be made in order for dress codes to be adhered to when a contract requires it. For example, golden shoulder pads may be added if the mercenary company is expected at a high-class event, or the color of the beret may be changed to another color.
