How do you draw such continuous lines?

What I mean by this is that your line work seems to be very smooth, meaning there are no 'sketchy' lines - It seems as if you made one continuous stroke.

I've tried to replicate something of the sort and have failed. What technique do you use to achieve this affect?

Do you only draw OC's? Or have you ever drawn yourself or someone else from the real world?
No. I draw in a cartoony style that I feel does not reflect well on real world people.

Practice practice practice practice. Eventually you get used to a steady hand, or use stabilizers that are often incorporated in many art programs.
 
I wanted to do a waist up of Renly with some reflective light techniques.
