Recently I've noticed a good part of some factions are moderators I think they should be split up and there should be a limit of them allowed in one faction

Staff are just regular players when they're off duty. Why restrict them from actually playing the game the way that they want to when they're off duty?
No no no no no. Even if the entire staff team was in one faction there still should not be a limit. I could physically see no reason why multiple staff in the same faction would be an issue?

What I would want to know is how much you would limit them to? (Since this is more then likely pointed at Mag) And seeing how Mag only has 3 game staff members Alj, Spectec (who isn't doing much Pvp wise atm which is what I'm sure this is directed) and Gethelp, and none of them abuse their powers like you say they do. So the only faction that has more staff to my knowledge would be Sylvan which is an RP faction and wouldn't even bother you and nor do they abuse their powers either.

I *think* I remember that the posted reason for a staff's (maybe Sevrish's) demotion was to much concern for faction work. And specifically that rather than a lack of focus on staff. If appropriate, could a staff member who was staff at the time explain this decision and letting the staff play the game or a error in my memory?

You do realize that this is like saying that a bunch of members of Congress can't go to a club or something just for fun, and that they must be split up just because they are members of Congress? Members of Congress are regular people as well, just like staff are regular players as well.

What he is trying to say is that having to manu staff members in a fac is concerning. And i agree, When i see people getting banned just for fighting the faction with the staff members in. Also for all the people who is saying that staff isnt abusing, how Would you know? Im not saying they are but just stop making it sound like you have read a bible of the massive staff.
I think that staff should keep OUT of pvp and focusing on rp or whatever. Beacuse in the last month staff has caused alot of caos into the pvp community and people dont even bother to pvp anymore.

In my opinion, if the staff showed the evidence they had in support of a ban it would lead into flame wars as people go "BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN LAG!" or "THAT'S NOT ENOUGH PROOF!" To be honest, I think people like you kinda argue just for the sake of arguing. I mean, if the server staff are really so corrupt as to ban players on the simple basis that they don't like them, why do you think they would really listen to your suggestions and demands? Why would the server staff even respond to your threads instead of deleting them and covering them up if they really were that corrupt?

Every PvPer who I've ever seen banned was banned for legitimate reasons. Participating in the PvP community in the past, I for one would know this. Also, say someone was accused of modding while raiding Magnanimus. Spectec WOULD NOT AND COULD NOT have the authority to punish them for it. An uninvolved mod would handle it.
Also, I've seen proof that led to people getting banned. Its all clear and easy to tell they were using something to their advantage.

By all means continue this behavior. It only proves me right in that the people who accuse staff without a shred of evidence aren't even worth listening to. You're helping me quite a lot.
Also, I've taken care of the accounts you used to play on the server again, you may have inadvertently gotten someone banned who helped you as well, which is such a shame, he just recently was allowed back on.

The staff on factions don't really change anything, because the only real difference between the two are that non-mods can't claim land, kick/recruit someone.
