You walk into a recently burnt field in Vixhall, a large pillar of smoke stands there in the distance as if a warning of danger. Though you proceed on anyway, mind you are at the very outskirts of Vixhall, a place that will be lowly defended even though it's wealth in farming. You approach the batter wooden walls of the village, only to find horses that are richly armored and saddled grazing in the small patch of field that was meant for the purpose. You then reach the gate only to find an arrow in your chest due to the Mercenaries that now inhabit this. This was the work of mercenaries, but more importantly, mercenaries that wore the face masks of the Szabadoks.
Mercenaries are often underhanded as those that really prove no worth in military exploits. Really they are just the half-time raiders that are to be easily disposed of despite how much they can contribute to a war, even turning the tides in some battles. Mercenaries have so much more worth than what they are actually given, this is mostly because of their individuality and their ability to do almost anything for a large number of small pieces of metal. Granted, they cost a lot but if you are devote to winning a war and you have a cause to do so, anything can be sacrificed besides that war. Most mercenaries train their entire lives solely to become the best fighters out there in order to make a living. Besides all of those big organizations that have drafted soldiers that have almost hive mentality and are not usually individually trained besides swords and spears. But Boldizsar wishes to change this, he wants to exploit the different talents and uses of mercenaries in order to make his culture more recognized and respected by those in power. He wants people to get very rich from doing something that they trained their whole life to do and should be recognized for such. That is where I will end this long introduction.
What is the Legion of the Masked?
As you can probably guess, the legion of the Masked is a mercenary band led by a Bloodthirsty Szabadok known as Boldizsar. This legion derives from a lot of what the Szabadok culture holds near and dear to their hearts and is based off of that. All of the members are required to wear face masks like the Szabadoks and can only wear chain and leather armor while fighting for the mercenary group. Other than that, there are no strict rules (ICly or OOCly, just have a shred of common sense) and members are encouraged to do their own thing often. Boldizsar is the leader of this even though it is loosely because he wants to give people a shot to do their own thing as well as work on their own training and do what they think is best for their fighting. That being said, there is a high standard for those that fight and they all should have at least 10-15 prof points in any given weapon for my own comfort with their fighting prowess. The main thing to derive of this all is that the Legion is a Szabadok mercenary band made up of non-Szabadoks that want to get very rich (preferably off nobles, but I'll take what I can get) and prove themselves on the battlefield.
Raid King
This is the highest rank you can get in the legion, someone that does not really dictate anything besides who they are going to fight for and when. He is not meant to abuse his power and is most of the time treated as a regular soldier.
Boldizsar the Bloodthirsty
Captains
Advisors to the Raid King and some of the best fighters in the group, a Captain is preferably Szabadok and has at least some training with Front-Line Combat Skill and Calvary Combat Skill.
Vacant
Mercenaries
This isn't the lowest rank per say and they still have a lot of the same influences over Boldizsar as the Captains due to them being the ones that make up this entire thing.

As stated above, I'm not that strict on the type of armor your wear but you have to have one thing, that is the face mask. The reason that I am implanting the face mask is to bring more attention to the Szabadok culture page as well as to bring out a person's individuality with one. If you don't have the money to skin one on, I will try to provide it though that isn't always a promise.
