Latimer-steak Estate Sponsorship Agreement

On the 7th of December, 308 AC, House Latimer gave patronage to the Alaric Keen owned Steak Estate. In exchange for continued association, the following terms shall be met by both House Latimer and The Steak Estate

1. 12,000 regals Paid Monthly to one member of Alaric Keen from the Coffers of House Latimer.
2. A one time 10,000 regal bonus for excellent customer service, and acting as a model business owner.
3. Free food and drink provided to members of House Latimer, courtesy of The Steak Estate.

This contract will be revisited in 4 weeks time, on the 7th of January of the year 309 AC, and both parties may make adjustments as they wish, or entirely break the agreement off.

In the Howlester estate, while the children were all packing up a man sat at a desk smoking a cigar. Going through his letters he tore one open with the Latimer seal, an odd sight in the apartment to say the least. Reading it over the man stopped smoking as he announced to the room.

"If I ever needed a tangible reason to hate Baron Latimer, here it is. Himself and that Halfwit Alaric Keen, working together? Peas in a fucking pod."

The old Lord released a small chuckle as he returned to his letters and his cigar.

This Contract has been renewed, with the following Debts to be paid off after the Iron Peace: 6,000 regals.

The following Edits have Occurred:
1. 12,000 regals a month, instead of 2,000 regals per week.
2. A one time bonus of 10,000 regals, which will not extend into further refreshments unless negotiated in.
