First suggestion, be kind please
Upon deciding to make Ithania my home I came into the beautiful town of Havenreach (Bloody good job to the chap who made this and the map!) But when I left the safety of the town and into the wilderness it was a mess. Gaping holes, abandoned chests, floating blocks, floating trees (my all time pet hate) and a few other things. Something needs to be done, so here is my suggestion, and sorry if this has been discussed before or if there is a team who do this type of work already (if so please get to work )
Basically there should be a team of people, who play on a certain map, are in charge of keeping the map beautiful. Simple things like filling holes, removing floating trees, and removing abandoned buildings/chests whatever. If a player spots a dent on the landscape (call it griefing for example) then they can file a ticket for it to get fixed. A landscaper (can't think of another name) then gets an email and proceeds to fix the issue.
This is mearly keeping the peace, it's not changing the maps at all as they are perfect the way they are, it's to keep the maps looking tidy and presentable for newcomers and veterans alike, basic upkeep.
Thanks and hopefully this will be something to build upon.
