Opening their doors once again to bring light and warmth to the people, Lady Black's Almshouse and Refuge welcomes all who are in need of a roof over their head and food on the table.
Dedication to the well-being of the populace has been repeatedly proven by the organization's past work through various fundraisers and events hosted to harbor love and goodwill among the citizens of Regalia. In times of need, Lady Black Almshouse and Refuge opened their doors initially in 304 AC and has continued to harbor much success in rehabilitating and revitalizing key members of the community.

The purpose of Lady Black's Almshouse and Refuge is to provide the necessary, fundamental care for the Empire's vulnerable and to better their lives through pursuits of betterment, religious enlightenment, care and support, and various growth opportunities. To serve displaced people during times of hardship in the Crown City and serve as an institution to better the well-being of those in need. Through daily welfare, open soup kitchen nights, religious sermons, trade-skill growth activities, and the continual everyday care of Regalia's homeless, Lady Black's Almshouse and Refuge will act as a safe haven to lead the most susceptible away from crime and into the Spirit's light.


Currently located at the former Merchant Guild Building, now Lady Black's Almshouse and Refuge.

I've been trying to consider a position for myself in the city, having already attempted to be a guard in the Crown Isle Wardens run by Garth Viduggla, though I discovered that the constant deal of violence when not on the immediate battlefield was not something I found very appealing, despite being a soldier. I thought that perhaps I could apply as a staff member of your Almshouse, not only as a general helping hand, but also as a tutor in writing and reading.​
