La rose fermentée was established in the year of 254 in the Westernmost part of Ivrae, it has throughout the years been a business that is dedicated to the exploration of taste-profiles, and committed to offering a higher-class dining experience. Currently under the ownership of the Ithanian winemaker Severin Marchand, it serves as a meeting-point within the Altalar district, and a go-to place for any date-nights or blueblood gathering.

Red Wines

    • A complex and rounded red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. It has a slightly earthy texture to it, with an undertone of plums to help balance the taste profile. Best served chilled.
      • 25r, 125r
  • Merlot Lemoine
    • A balanced and softer red wine made from the tasty Merlot Grapes. It has a softer flavor, with a slight sweetness and berry flavor. Perfect for those who prefer a lighter taste. Well suited to sweets.
      • 20r, 120r
  • Shiraz Lemoine
    • A strong and tasty red made from the premium Shiraz grapes. With a rounded taste of dark fruits and licorice and a rather high alcohol content, it is a wine best enjoyed slowly,

  • Grenache Lemoine
    • A tasty and richly flavored red made from the flavorful Grenache grapes. It has a rich aroma, and a naturally spicy taste to it that gives it an endearing edge. It is recommended alongside red meats and creamy stews.

  • Albariño L'Elvellen
    • A white wine imported from the L'Elvellen Principality grown with white wine grapes of the Albariño variety on plantations that are home to centuries of wine making tradition. The wine itself holds a somewhat clear appearance with a golden yellow hue. High in acidity and dry in taste, the wine also hints of fruity citrus flavor. Pairs well with seafood dishes.

The following letter is addressed to Severin Marchand.

Dear Severin Marchand,

Greetings, I hope this letter finds you well. I am Valkros Stormcrow, owner of Stormcrow Traders & Importers. We here at the company are big fans of La Rose Fermentée, and I myself particularly enjoy the Gruyère Souffle with Albariño L'Elvellen, which I find cuts through the salty gruyère cheese. Recently my company has begun looking at local restaurants that we can help succeed, and I told my employees that we just had to get your business. We offer two primary services that we believe can be of great use to you, organizing the importation of products, their storage in warehouses, and transportation to their retail destination, and the selling of high quality luxury goods. In regards to your restaurant, we can continue importing the fine wines from the Marchand Winery Co. at a lower cost to what you receive them for now, and store them in our warehouse in Old Town until you require them in shop. If you wish to expand your wine list, we can also offer wines from several other vineyards that we know have been eager to reach out to you, all from Ithania. If you are interested in saving money while maintaining your high level of service and quality, please send a letter to my office at Imperial Isle.

Looking forwards to future business,

OOC: Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my letter. Besides what I have proposed above, by doing business with my company, we are able to encourage and help RP businesses flourish. All the companies I import from are character run, with the exception of businesses that are created by players to assist their characters own companies (Marchand Winery Co. for example). By ordering your regular wines from me, and using my warehouses, I pass on IC wealth, allowing players to grow their IC companies using RP rather than assuming NPC's purchased their products. I hope we can work together in growing RP businesses on Massivecraft, and am looking forwards to hearing your reply soon.

Your friend,
TheoRoosevelt.

I am going to have to disappoint you and say that both the character and his business has been shelved since late august 2019. Sorry!
