There really is no staff feedback forum that I can tell other than for staff complaints and this is far from being a complaint. It's actually a Kudos. I had to create a ticket tonight to get me out of a jam and this staff went above and beyond to help me get out of my predicament. He was kind, helpful, patient and I'm grateful to him for his help. Thanks goes out to @onearmsquid for being so willing to help and doing so in such a kind way.
