She was raised within a tranquil river valley of Jin-Lung within her family home, beneath the watchful leadership of her grandfather, Neihui. Her older brother, Zhayin, was oftentimes who she roamed closest with, despite their five year age gap and a multitude of closer aged cousins. ADOLESCENCE: As she grew older, she became fascinated with pottery and weaving, much to the boredom of her brother who preferred fishing near their home. Lüliao, nearly eleven, decided to take up her own skill set then, rather than continuing to follow at Zhayin's shadow. When she was thirteen, Zhayin turned eighteen and became known as Neizhou to all but Lüliao and her kin. Inspired by the dream that he was given, Neizhou left for Dexai. EARLY ADULTHOOD: Years passed and Lüliao eventually reached her own eighteenth birthday, having continued to practice the arts. Chasing the Loong through Jin-Lung, she was led out of the valley and to the very brink of the coast to the ocean. When she awoke, she deemed herself "Kuashan". She could not determine what she was going to be, but knew it was not within the Kingdoms. Kuashan pondered for several weeks, and it was finally her mother that came to her, claiming that the Loong had sent her a message of guidance to give her daughter: Kuashan should leave and venture to Ithania. REGALIA: Much as she wished not yet to, Kuashan knew better than to oppose her mother. The young woman left Jin-Lung and soon Zhong itself. She traveled firstly to Ithania, seeking a purpose, which she found as a seamstress. A new found friend encouraged her endeavors and assisted Kuashan in bettering her d'Ithanie and Common, which fell into a love for language overall. Before she knew it, Kuashan could feel the pressure of sticking out without those of her own, yet she did not wish to return home. just realized i had pistol pack under strength instead of dexterity, i fixed that but otherwise nothing changed
okay last ping for a bit, kuashan is now vampire so i added those specials + i changed distant speech or w/e it was to state saboteur (which i intended to do anyways, but forgot to when i fix the strength-dexterity thing yesterday) @Caelamus
Sorry for editing so soon again but the alchemy/engineering changes dropped and i decided to shuffle her points a little bit overall to put her into a place i like lmfao - Removed Mount Husbandry (1 Charisma), replaced with Unarmed Pack (1 Strength) - Added Tradeoff Pack to Constitution since I had 2 extra points in CON - Switched Common Alchemy to Scrapper Pack - Added Tracker Pack with additional WIS point - Removed 1 extra CON and added Longneck Pack (1 Dexterity) - honestly lost track of how i did it now but i also gave her Donderbus Pack it equals 14 points idk how i lost count @Caelamus
I might consider specifying here, maybe in parentheses, whether Kuashan would fall under Zhong or Dexai Sihai. Just a quick look at the backstory makes me think Zhong though. Absolutely entirely a suggestion though! I'd also blow this little mention of Altered Power up, since it went poof. Those are both very, very minor things I saw, neither of which will hold this back from being: Re-approved!!
