Not being able to provide for those he cares about Life Story (Required) Korrin Dence was born the son of two low-born craftspeople, a blacksmith and a carpenter. He belonged to a large family consisting of eight other siblings, two sets of grandparents and even some uncles/aunts and cousins. He grew up training under both his mother and father, working from a young age as an apprentice and laborer. Most of his early life was spent working for a pittance in various towns to provide money for his family. Living in a largely Unionist-controlled area of the Regalian Empire, his family was forced to move around every few years to avoid persecution. Being the second oldest, Korrin took up a lot of responsibility, taking care of and protecting his younger siblings. This carried on into his young adult life when poor living conditions resulted in the illness and death of his mother. Devastated, the Dence family nearly fell apart. With his father wrapped in grief, Korrin and his older brother stepped up to fill in the gaps. Hounded by grief, racist Unionists, and too many mouths to feed, life grew hard for the Dence family. But, through Korrin and his older brothers determination they managed to find their way in the world, eeking out a rough existence. Now, with their father growing old and their family growing larger, they once again find themselves in a tough position of poverty. They needed a way to find a permanent spot for themselves in the world. So, it was decided that Korrin and a few other of his brothers and sisters would wander and spread to different cities and towns, in order to find a place for their families. Now, Korrin finds himself in Regalia, attempting to gain enough money to bring his family some brighter days.
