◈ Core Concept: || A hybrid between societies of reason.
⬦⬦ The Philosopher Mechanic | A half-Eronidas Founder Skyborn who is loyal to Al-Alus and Al-Asir, but who does not hesitate to sidestep the law where shortcuts abound. Khalil envisions a kinder future for Aloria's inhabitants, where want and need are satisfied through advancement in technology over reliance on spellcraft and the abstruse ambitions of entities behind it. Naturally curious about others and joyously gregarious, he hopes to have thoughtful conversations with strangers and abhors prattle.
◈ Appearance Information: || A technician in the body of a gladiator.
⬦⬦ General Appearance | A Skyborn supporting hyper muscularity and proportions only one of the more ogreish Eronidas could manage. Khalil holds himself in a respectable but easygoing manner in spite of his size and the set of broad double-tusks often forcing him to grimace. His beige and maroon Skyweave manifests on the back of his left hand, climbing up the outside of his arm and blossoming into large mandalas on his shoulder and left pectoral. Traces of continual spread suggest its path will continue across his chest in the coming decades.

⬩⬦◈ Years 282 - 305 AC | A Reluctant Hitman - Ages 0 to 23

⬩⬦◈ Years 310 - Present | Settling In & Settling Under - Ages 28 to 30
⬦ | Khalil is raised by a loving mother and step-father in the busy capital of Al-Alus as the elder of two children in a blended family. His childhood is uneventful until his adolescence, where they find themselves in the darker corners of this technocracy.
⬦ | A criminal element they'd previously benefited from takes a liking to young Khalil's naturally formidable and martially gifted posture, but acting on this talent even for monetary gain ran against his nature. Holding his family hostage as a gentle final push, they compel him to design and act upon creative ways to intimidate, maim and sometimes kill their enemies.

⬩⬦◈ Years 305 - 310 AC | Rehabilitation & Enlistment - Ages 23 to 28
⬦ | Utterly nauseated by stress and guilt, Khalil's predicament could thankfully not continue in perpetuity; the racket forcing him to act on their behalf is broken up by law enforcement. Though relieved, Khalil is still charged as a conspirator. In the midst of serving a sentence, Khalil proves his non-threat to the nation and commitment to rehabilitation. He enlists in its military in hopes to rise above his past and land his family in a better place, adopting the personal title Al-Saif.
⬦ | Khalil is an effective war-technician with great instinct, elevating his position quickly by designing and orchestrating the function of Al-Jabha in defense of the Technocratic Council's claims. His service is rewarded with an opportunity to volunteer in Kur and his eventual honorable departure. Through conscious effort, Khalil has disassociated himself from a lawless way of life, but skills and some connections persist.

⬩⬦◈ Years 310 - Present | Settling In & Settling Under - Ages 28 to 30
⬦ | As part of his curiosity toward the other half of his ancestry, Khalil is attracted to a Skyborn Academy hovering just above Kezzeret Artamon as a way to explore the Pols outside of a military context without feeling too far away from familiarity. Becoming influenced by the Zabar culture, he stops eating poultry among other things.
⬦ | Sponsored by both his above and below-the-table work, he follows various Eronidas populations to eventually find himself in the Regalian capital to exploit what it has to offer while trying to keep a clean nose in front of officials.
