❂ Karissa was born in Kourimou to their mothers: Ramaja and Soumbari, a mason who was often on the sea to collect pearls, and a performer who met Ramaja at a performance many years ago. Later they had Karissa's siblings and then lastly Karissa who is the youngest of five. They latched onto their second mother, Soumbari, very young in life seeing her for her caring personality and taking after that heavily.

❁ Later in life, Kara began to take on skills in craftsmen ship, learning how to work metal from Romaja's brother. Learning how to shape it, proper forging techniques, as well as learning masonry from both Romaja and her brother. Whilst not apprenticing under those two Kara was learning how to dance and act from Soumbari as their two older sisters. Coming to quite enjoy the thought of being a dancer when they were older.
❂ More recently in Karissa's life were the wars against Regalia where their two brothers took to the battlefield whilst Kara was sent away for their safety. During this time, Kara learned more forging techniques before returning to their family still whole, thank the Dragons, and not a few months after returning so did the Dragons as well. Which sent Karissa off to explore and learn more about their long-lost patrons. Leading them to Regalia….
