What happens to Inactive players when they're in your faction? My friend is going to study in Japan and he may not be on for 6 months to a year. Will they kick him from my faction and remove all his stats?

He will be automatically kicked from the faction but he would keep his McMMO stats. If you keep his/her stuff somewhere safe and locked away, he/she should be able to simply rejoin you after the 6 months abroad.
How long does it take before they get kicked?
Premium 80-100 days. Non premium 10-30
70 days are awarded for donating for premium. 10 is default. And an additional 20 are based on player and faction age
