The esteemed High Priestess of Sapphora, Illieth, releases a notice regarding an event dedicated to Sapphora in the
coming week, in which she has enlisted the assistance of both Countess Tuija Vikstrom and Countess Suzenvaela Felariell.
"Far too many have fallen in and out of love to ever claim that each and every relation that occurs is truly unique. What foundation we lay is often tread by the mistakes of ourselves, of our companions, and of those long before us. It is laughable how often it is we claim to change when we yet still fall victim to the poisonous comfort that we have decried again and again.
Such a comfort, is often superficial. It merely remains skin deep, as people profess their love and passion, claiming it to be true as they dedicate it in the image of Sapphora, only to revisit that same place with a different yet all too similar proclamation. Tragedy is far too simple a word to describe the traps and patterns we fall into, as often mere images of a first fleeting passion linger far longer than they should.
It is that reason, for a change of heart, that this event will be different. Rather, we will strip away what appearances one might have, and instead leave it to the senses that one should trust. An event, to see how you measure your social graces with those unknown. I hope that none of you are found to be too disappointing."
› The High Priestess of Sapphora is hosting a blind speed dating event, where individuals will be unaware of who they spoke to until the very end. There will be 6 rounds, each 10 minutes long before further instructions will be given.
› At the end of the event, people will be informed of who was which number, and who they spoke with. There will be a small 30 minute social, for individuals to mingle and meet those they had a fondness for speaking with.
› HOW TO SIGN UP: Please RSVP in this form if you wish to attend, so we can set up enough spaces. Deadline is Wednesday, August 28th, 23:59 European Standard Time. You will be contacted on Thursday before the time of the event with what to set your nickname as in-game.
