The Imperial Court presents:

As the year darkens, the Imperial Court has arranged for a small getaway to the cozy town of Rothburg, nestled in the corner of the Realm. Geared primarily towards the peerage, anyone and everyone is invited to participate in the wild range of events we have planned for this year.

⋆ Opening Ceremonies ⋆
As the festival begins, we encourage everyone to join us for various tastings and party games, alongside a night market featuring the various businesses of Regalia.
⋆ Tea Blending and Tasting Competition ⋆
The Nordlig Kettle will, in conjunction with the Master of Celebrations, be hosting a competition in which all those in the holy city will be invited to try their hand at making their own personal tea blend to be sampled in conjunction with many baked goods. The winner of this event will receive a prize!
⋆ The Imperial Court's Highlander Kailee ⋆
The House Mac Conall will host the Regalian populace for a night consisting of a Lecgaen-style Wrestling Competition, Highlander Cuisine, a Kailee dance, and Highlander music in Rothburg.
⋆ An Imperial Joust ⋆
To be hosted by House Von Drachenburg this event will give the knights and warriors of the city the opportunity to present their skill in the long-revered competition of jousting for all the city to see.
⋆ An Autumn Gala ⋆
House Black invited the city of Regalia to a night of dancing, party games, and celebration of the coming winter winds which signal the end of a year.
⋆ Trivia in Nature ⋆
The peerage is invited to a fun night of trivia, drinks, and food. All you need to do is write in an interesting fact whether it be a hobby, like, dislike, or anything interesting to Tuija Viduggla before the event begins. Each person will receive a fact about another at the party and by the end of the night you will approach the person you believe to have the card for.
⋆ Great Jack 'o Lantern Hunt ⋆
A scavenger hunt throughout the town of Rothburg starting at the Shaken Mug Tavern and taking its participants throughout the town. This hunt is followed by a pumpkin carving competition where the best jack o lanterns will be displayed outside the imperial estate alongside the names of their creators.
⋆ A Walk through the Walds ⋆
The Baron of Goretaan will be hosting the public for a guided walk through the forests of Rothburg with the Master of Celebrations where local folktales, plants, and animals will be discussed.
⋆ Night in the Orchards ⋆
A trek through the apple trees surrounding Rothburg, geared towards those that are itching for adventure, and perhaps a ghastly encounter or two.
⋆ Horseman's Ride Literary Competition ⋆
The city's musicians and writers are invited to the Shaken Mug Tavern to tell their tales of ghosts, wraiths, and ghouls to the masses. To be judged by court officials those who impress at this event will be added to a list of those artists favored by the court giving a variety of benefits!
Those submissions made to his imperial holiness for the court favor competition are heavily encouraged to be read at this event.

How can I host my own event?
Contact either me (KK) or one of the other Mistresses of Celebrations (Nesstro and _Owlet) with an IC letter or some OOC description of what you want to do for an event on what character. We will help you schedule it and plan it to the best of our abilities. Everyone is open to hosting an event, even criminals can plan one but any scheduling or help with planning will be totally OOC. We will try to set up a full updated schedule on this thread for all events so everyone can attend as many as possible and keep organized.

From October 16th to the 25th.
What is this?
An IC player hosted festival hosted by the Imperial Court in Rothburg. It will be made up of player hosted events. Everyone can host an event, not just court officials this includes businesses, groups, guilds, and individuals. Any events that would be something criminal or otherwise widely considered degenerate would ICly have no relation to the court and would just happen to be taking place in Rothburg during this time. We're hoping to get a lot of player hosted events in Rothburg and really help to get a fall atmosphere on massive.

Who can come to these events?
The majority of these events hosted by the Imperial Court will be open to anyone and everyone not just nobility as long as they obey Regalian Law and are not a nuisance. However, for a few events where size or other considerations are in play they may be made to be only open to the nobility and aristocracy and any guests they bring. Those events hosted during the festival in Rothburg not by the Imperial Court can be open to as many people as the host likes with us heavily encouraging every event that can be open to everyone to be open to everyone increase turnout. The guest criteria for each event will be posted on its individual thread in 'OOC Info'.
