This is specifically a method or reason why land won't be protected. You need to actually produce a water proof reason why you cannot claim the land. Too poor for buying my own faction or already have a faction elsewhere are not valid reasons.

It's meant to give an idea to what they are capable of pvp-wise, and I doubt he meant it to be taken offensively. No offense, but premiums are generally better equipped pvpers, generally with more experience pvping on massive. This in no way means they have less skill, but in general they have more gear, higher mcmmo, more traits, etc., as most serious pvpers buy premium with their own money, or make enough regals to buy it themselves.

I was under the impression that it did not matter if I was active in the area.
If I was an active player, then my creations could not be stolen or taken from me. Or Griefed.
As of now, I don't actually care for proving the house is mine. I merely want to prove it's not theirs.

If this is true, they would of had to grief another's creation to make it look like that. [IE, they broke the entire house]

This is also clear proof that they were trying to make it look like they made it, despite it having being made long ago. Meaning they tried to steal it. Had I not had the evidence, they would've been able to act like they owned it all along.

Really, c'mon, I don't care how heartless I sound but I'm going to be blunt about it. Build a new house and rid your communication to them. I figured I would get a reply like this, and it is quite true yes.
Though some of it I don't agree with.
This isn't about getting a ban request, or getting the house back Via rules, as Monmarty cleared none were broken.
This is just to show the remorse of them, so people understand why I am still quite upset that they've taken my creation.
It is also so I can try attain allies who may want to help.
Also, it's not me causing unnecessary hostility when I ask why they've stolen from me, and they call me delusional, a child, as well as swear at me. That is however just my opinion though.
I'm not beating a dead horse. The horse would be dead if they were getting away with this. Which they're not, as if you've read, as I'm sure you have, there's quite a few people willing to help raid and the likes.
I plan on creating a War declaration against them [for obvious reasons],

That house was my first house. If it was a small wooden hut, I would still feel this way.
I see it as my first build on Minecraft. My own creation.
And I won't just let someone who's not even being nice about it, and instead rubbing it in my face while insulting me be allowed to keep it without some attacks against them.

You're letting it surge on, and what you are doing make you seem somewhat spoiled. If you cause a large stink about your first creation and get some people to come back and destroy those people, you look like you are just whining and getting your friends to back you up.
But I can't stop this. Sorry about your first house, but guess what, it's going to be gone in time, you can't stop it, and neither can anyone else.

As I'm sure you've read, a lot of the people aren't my friends.
Quite a few of them are random people I've never met before, one even technically was an enemy [TerrariaUK].
So no, I'm not just getting my friends to back me up.
I'm not acting spoiled, I just refuse to allow people who are acting like nasty assholes about taking someone else's stuff be allowed to take what I've made, or anyone else's made, and not even give credit, let alone rub it in the original creators face.
That's just out of order. There is literally no reason for someone to act like that.
I also don't understand why instead of just stating your opinion, you have to act like a sarcastic dick about it.

People backing you up in war- I don't think people who honestly Hate you would gladly help you in a situation like this. Perhaps they really are someone you are friends with, neither are just treating the other like one.
About my opinion. I am being as upfront as I am and I really think what you are doing is stupid. You're getting a rally of people to go against people because of a moral issue. You can't fix anything over this, you're letting it go on and possibly extend this to where both will be in war for a substantial time.

Something happens to you, it's quite the SOL, (Sh$t out luck), and you can't fix the issue. So, you go far to get other people on the server to prepare yourself for war to go back, steal their belongings in killing them, demanding more belongings from the war itself, and then never forgiving the people ever again.
