(Sorry for the Poorness of the Crest, this is only a prototype)
Family History

The Ta'ren name was extremely popular in Ithiania due to their discovery of a snail that produces a purple ooze that can stain clothes. They began the search for another Snail, quick to breed it and raise a farm. After they started breeding the worms, they began selling their ooze, and dying people's clothes! This cheap source of purple dye was ground breaking. One member of the Family, Maxwell Ta'ren decided that it would be best for them to move to Regalia, a place that uses purple dye more than Ithiania in a whole. Half of the family disagreed, Maxwell outraged by the family's decision to stay at Ithiania, takes the half that wants to leave. After a year at Regalia, they've made more than they did in Ithiania. In fact, they TRIPLED their profits. Maxwell sails back to Ithiania telling the family of how much of a success he is. The family likes the idea, sailing to regalia, and from this point forward Maxwell was appointed as the Headmaster of the Family because of his idea.

OOC Information

The Ta'ren Family is a "Pure" Family. They are die hard Unionists, and abide by the Creeds by the letter. While the Ta'ren family is huge in business most of their buildings are in Ithiania. The amount of buildings in regalia would be one to none. Skins may be provided for /ONLY/ Pure bloods. There is a skype chat for the Ta'ren family and is /REQUIRED/ to have skype. Also, Impure Ta'rens are just people married into the family. Nothing special.

I started laughing reading this from the caps because I just imagined a very angry Maxwell yelling the story at me

Errrrrr... Seeing that you put NO effort whatsoever into the application and showing no interest in the house... I'm going to have to say Rejected Please apply only if you have an interest in joining the family. And if so, please use work on spelling, capitalization, and Please, use REAL references. If you truly do have a passion about the Ta'ren family you will re-apply in a month.

2. What Pure Ta'ren are you looking on playing?: Sonya Ta'ren, the sister of Maxwell.

3. Do you have Skype?: Yes.

4. Do you see yourself well versed in the lore?: Some what, I plan on getting back in the 'jist' of the scene. (I can explain why I was not for awhile).

5. Have you ever been given an In-game punishment (Jail, mute, ban, etc)?: Nope! Just warnings.

6. Have you had experience in Noble Roleplay? (If so, state the Family): I had a few families that were shut down that I was in. Alas, they are now shelved.

7. What makes you want to be a Ta'ren?: I was persuaded perfectly by a few words, and the family thread persuaded me more.

8. What are your Roleplay strengths?: I am (at least I believe so) good at die hard Unionists, and physically weak characters. Alas, I am also good at typing out my characters getting pissed off and cursing someone out for a good twenty minutes. Personality is key to a character, and it means how they act almost all the time.

9. What are your Roleplay Weaknesses?: Fight roleplays, (though I was working on it until the non-captains were kicked out and had to join again :,) ), and awkward roleplays forced on the spot when bored.

Well, all I have to say is REJECTED but for now! Not to worry! All I want to see are a few references! I would like to see at least three! And I will confirm the references with them in a Personal Message.

3. What is the Ta'ren's facial features?: Corr has an angular face with faded blue-grey eyes and dirty blonde hair. Her hair is in a pixie cut which almost definitely seems to suit her. The womans cheeks tend to have a scarlet tint to them and her skin is quite pale, an Ailor pink though slightly lighter.

4. Are you willing to make a character sheet for this character?: Yes, if I can get into the character enough.

5. Do you see yourself well versed in the lore?: Yes.

6. Have you ever been given an In-game punishment (Jail, mute, ban, etc)?: No.

7. Have you had experience in Noble Roleplay? (If so, state the Family): I was in a noble family for a while though never got into the character, house Tzavaras.

8. What makes you want to be a Ta'ren?: It just seems interesting.

9. Do you have Skype?: And Teamspeak, yes. Though I cannot take part in calls for now as my headphones are broken, and it's a rare occurrence I will speak in them when I get new headphones.

10. What are your Roleplay Strengths?: My literacy and vocabulary, as well as my extensive knowledge on the lore.

11. What are your Roleplay Weaknesses?: I definitely have a tendency to zone out of rps, and commonly forget that I'm even roleplaying at times.

Due to the Divorce of Maxwell and EllaRose D'Nath, the Ta'ren family has returned. But, this thread is an old and outdated one.
