The distinguished Countess Aleksandra Dragić has decreed that reforms be put in place amongst the lands of Kyizamok and Mosskaya. With such, governmental departments called collectively as the "Collegia" have been created and will further be funded by House Dragić as well as a new division called the Zatmen Guard, dismantling the old court and druzhyna. Each Collegium will be a center of education in order to further the interests of House Dragić and their lands. She dictates that the Collegia will replace the current court system in favor of a more modern and reformist ideology. The Zatmen Guard are the new and improved personal retinue of Countess Aleksandra Dragić with up-to-date uniforms and modern firearms.

The Collegium of Foreign Affairs deals with the external relationships of House Dragić. This Collegium is allowed to use the seal of House Dragić when sending any letters.

The Collegium of War deals with the Ducal Guard of House Dragić alongside the Zatmen Guard and focuses on the advancement and military education of those within.

The Collegium of the Navy deals with the transportation of the Ducal Guard of House Dragić as well as the exploration vessels within. They map out expeditions and geography, focusing on naval education.

HIERARCHY & STRUCTURE

Polkovnik
The Polkovnik, or Colonel, is the head of the Zatmen Guard. They are appointed by the Countess herself and commands the Guard with utmost poise.

Kapitan
Kapitan, or Capitan, are determined at the Polkovnik's will. They lead companies of nine streloks at a time.

Strelok
Strelok, or Rifleman, are the backbone of the Guard. The Streloks work under the Kapitans as they are an entry level position.

EQUIPMENT

The Zatmen Guard are issued House Dragić made rifles called "Eclipse Rifles." They are customizable to the user and come in three different types. Each member of the Zatmen Guard is issued black, red, and white uniforms tailored to fit their needs.
