Order: One of the most important aspects of House Dragić's code. Due to the North's cold, brutal, hellscape, order needs to be upheld to stay alive. Efficiency is an utmost priority within their society. If you fall, you fail in the eyes of a Dragić.
Freedom: With order, freedom is the balance. House Dragić believes that following authority will grant you freedom in time. Efforts to follow in the footsteps of your figures in authority allows you to push off and be emancipated with the skills of the past, granting you wisdom and liberty.

Family History

The beginning of House Dragić began in the Oltaran Kingdom, now known as the Oltaran Republican Hegemony. They originally were nobility in the late kingdom, true loyal members of their High King's court. Each leader ruled with an iron fist, the most militarily inclined of the houses within. Suddenly, a civil war broke out during the 170s, rushing the Krai into an era of exile as the royalists lost their place on the continent. Instead, they were forced to leave, an onslaught of forces brought to the shores of Drixagh. The Skagger Wars were raging on as they arrived, a mess in and of itself. Yaroslav Dragić, the head of House Dragić at the time, spoke with Nicholas Kade and Emperor Allamaria, handing the Emperor the crown of their high king and their vassalage in exchange for land in Drixagh. Both complied and the Krai, under the guidance of Yaroslav, fought against the Skaggers and thrusted them out of the archipelago. Finally, after the Treaty of Tvål, the Krai had a new home in the Duchy of Kyizamok. Yaroslav deliberated with a council of five men after the war had finished, mulling over the foreign religion in the Regalian Archipelago. With persistent missionaries and genuine belief in the Everwatcher and the Emperor's power, the Krai soon converted to Dogmatic Unionism.
In recent times, the Dragić family continues to hold power over the same duchy, their rule unwavering. With the death of the previous head, their traditions became shaky to the core. Aleksandra Dragić, the first woman to ever take power in House Dragić, had become the head. The late Count proclaimed his daughter as his heir, shocking the Krai completely. Serafim Dragić, the original heir, was disinherited due to his lack of care and understanding for the Krai. Instead, he chose Aleksandra, a true traditionalist, and absolutist in and out. As the Empire continues into a new era, Aleksandra promises to progress the Krai into a powerhouse with her at the helm.

A young individual of only seventeen who, despite her young age, is incredibly firm in her beliefs. Though her actions and purpose in life are not prominent, as is tradition within her culture, the young Krainivaya has a viper tongue. The only aspect of herself that strays from the normality of the Krainivaya, Galinya is not afraid to voice and push on her stringent ideas on what should and should not be.

An erudite young man with a great passion for the natural world around him and the allure of the academic world. He is twins with his sister and cultural head, Aleksandra, but could not be more different from the woman. He feels no deep connection to the traditions of his people, instead following his own will and pursuing things that his family would deem useless. Despite this, he can come across as very rude, caring much less about social rules than he likely should, and usually presents himself as very detached and uninterested in the social hierarchy. This can often be mistaken for foolishness, but Serafim can present himself with a high degree of intelligence, education, and tact when he cares to do so.

The current youngest Dragić born to Aleksandra and Antoinette, Kateryna would be simply a newborn, a small infant with brown hair and blue eyes. It was yet unclear of any mannerisms she may have, yet she was most often seen in a wrap around her mother's shoulders.

Being forced into an arranged marriage by her father, Katerina wasn't able to choose her life from the beginning. Even so, she cares for her children like any other mother would, being slightly strict when it comes to discipline. Her methods now have toned down due to Voronkov's death, allowing her to be freer than before. Her political stance is quite stark compared to the rest of her family, albeit understandably.

He grew up as any other Krainivaya man would, following the standards society set out for him. Although, one difference showed compared to his predecessors. Voronkov wasn't fond of the not completely equal way of things. He understood that being a man was ideal but disagreed that every one of them was able to be a leader. Once he found out about Serafim's "failures," he turned to Aleksandra, deciding to instill everything he knew into her instead. Maybe she could change the next generation of Krainivaya to become more meritocratic, to become fairer. Once he saw the axe within his abdomen, he knew something had gone wrong. In the end, he created what he wished would never happen, another version of himself.

Chaldene Dragić, Шалден Драгіч | preosky
Chaldene would be the elder brother of Antoinette, the man was quite serious and posh, his mannerisms one of wealth, always adorned in the most stylish of clothing. Like his sister, Chaldene was set in his beliefs, doing wrong by him was one thing somebody would not want to do. From head to toe, the man could be described as utter perfection.
