House History
The first member of House De Girard was born in 207 A.C In Regalia, by Josef Girard and Karen De Adélaïde. They named him Luther De Girard, who would become a soldier in 237. The family grew wealthier and had more of a low noble status in the later years. Luther had 4 children, 1 boy and 3 girls. The 3 girls were married off to low nobles. Luther's son, Frank, had two boys. Frank as a life-loving man who, when his father died, became more grateful for his life. His two sons both split off on different career paths. One son produced wine, while the other became a lawyer. One son had died, so it was up to the other to carry on the family name. He married a woman whom he didn't love, but had two children. The family qualities of expressing themselves and being morally good are the most common traits in the members of the family.
The De Girard's tried to join the political side of things but..It didn't work out. In 267, Aramis De Girard and his 3 siblings were born to two Ithanian parents. They became Ithanian after one member married an Ithanian woman, their child was half-Ithanian and married an Ithanian. Aramis, when was in his twenties, had 3 children. Aaron, Michelle and Joan.. After dying in a bar fight it was up to his single mother. After doing jobs in the finance area of Ithania, Aaron moved to Regalia to get a political career. He volunteered at Countess Black's Almshouse but was there for 3 weeks at most. After the Bastion Riot, he saw this as an opportunity. But he first saw Frenzimar Heinrich's letter, and in response sent him back a massive open letter, to which had a good response and started a political career with Eirain Augustyn and Wulfric Birkwood as they formed the Peacemakers Party. Though arrested for his letter, he wasn't going to let that stop him. He quit the Almshouse after being called a disgrace by Countess Black. In Ithania, Aaron's family still produce wine.
