EVENT OCCURS: JULY 20th, 6:00 PM EST The Fridurfolk of the northern lands of the Regalian Archipelago are a peaceful culture that enjoy the nature of the world. Driven by happiness and cheer, they are an artisan culture that focuses on the beauty of the realm and seeks to find tranquility in all that they do. This festival celebrating and showing off the culture will occur on the 20th day of July, 309 AC. The people of Regalia may arrive at the House Viduggla estate in a timely fashion to enjoy the following amenities; MUSIC The heart of the Fridurfolk, music will be coursing throughout the event. One can expect upbeat tunes or even sea shanties in their time at the festival, with wind and percussion instruments accenting a singing voice.FOOD One can expect a diverse buffet, similar to the Fridurfolk diet. Höfsauð:A seared sheep’s head, seasoned and served with leftover bits of fish, animal fats, and herbs. Sneið: a soft, yogurt-like cheese dessert. Seafood will be plentiful, and delicious pastries will be present.ACTIVITIES ➣ Soapstone Carving: Easy to work with, the Fridurfolk use soapstone to carve designs of nature and animals. ➣ Painting: With the choice of parchment or animal hides, one can expect the chance to paint. The Fridurfolk tend to use bold and lineless shapes to achieve their images. ➣ Veröldinandi Presentations: Statues of religious figures of the Fridurfolk will be present for those curious to experience and learn about. ➣ Volleyball, Log Tipping, and Pig Pushing: Although not catered to the culture, other games will be present to keep things fresh and interesting. Menu Food ➣ Höfsauð: An unseasoned Sheep head, often served with leftover bits of fish or animal fats as well as herbs to infuse the meal with these extra flavors.
