On Matters of the Dread War

• In the time before the planned final push against the Dread Empire that lays to the West, one must recognize the need to combat evil and its attempts to destroy the natural order. These Dread Kathar are the arbiters of the Demon Queen Beztikya, who directly manifests herself through that vile Dread Empress in Paarthalaar.
• Grand Imam Mustafa denounces all Dread Kathar and their sympathizers as kafir, and declares the right of jihad against the Void worshiping infidels. The Imam calls upon all righteous Ibadet, or even those who justly despise these wielders of monstrous Void magic, to take up arms against the Dread Empire in the name of the Yaradan and the Prophet Mergen.

On Matters of Defending and Spreading the Faith

• In response to the recent increases of sanguine and werebeasts, along with the general dangers posed against all true believers in these troubling times, the Grand Imam announces the formation of the Prophet's Blades. This force will consist of warriors dedicated to protecting the Ibadet faith in Regalia, standing guard during prayer services or religious events. Any who aspire to join should contact the Grand Imam or Chief Qadi to be vetted for recruitment.
• Regarding our relationship with other religions, Unionists and Muz'havel in Regalia will neither be asked nor pressured to convert, as they are considered protected korumali and recognized with equality as fellow believers in a grand divine being. Pagan or idol-worshiping faiths will not have the sword brought upon them unless declared immediately kafir or said faith instigates open conflict with the Ibadet. However, all those who are lost are encouraged to find the true way through the word of the Prophet Mergen, and will be embraced with open arms for redemption.
• Void Worshipers and others who consort with the demonic are not extended the same sympathy, and are considered inherently monstrous.

While you may worship in private residence or designated places of worship for your faith you may not do so publicly and you may not militarize or arm your followers in any capacity beyond the legal armaments, being a dagger of below twelve inches concealed.
