Establishment of Bi-Weekly Audiences
Secretary Frisque sees it fit to hold an audience every other week (day to be determined) for those who wish to bring forth suggestions for change towards the policies, rights, and treatment of non-humans, requests for personal citizenship, and any other issues, grievances or inquiries.
The first audience is set for Sunday May 26th @7PM EST within the old Synod Assembly Chamber.
Restructure of Civil Status
Set into place shortly after his appointment, Secretary Frisque saw to it the Regalian Civil Status was partially reorganized and races were ranked accordingly;
- Ailor, Sihai (Ch'Ien-Ji), Dwarf, Qadir, Url, Allar, Orc, Varran, Songaskia, Avanthar, Cielothar and Sihndar remain as First Civil Status
- Yanar remain as Protected Civil Status
- Altalar are moved from First Civil Status to None Civil Status
- Isldar are moved from First Civil Status to Protected Civil Status
- Slizzar and Maraya remain as None Civil Status
- The new Status of Outsider is added
- Outsiders have no rights and are not protected from being brutalized in public.
- Kathar are moved from None Civil Status to Outsider Status
- Half Races remain unaffected
Regarding Service
Any non-Human seeking to serve the Empire and state should seek out Corsair Lord Frisque to be pointed in the right direction per their abilities. Those who willingly serve within the city will be rewarded accordingly and treated as such.
