Hey, do you want a carriage but can't afford one? Let me help you out, but you'll be a cog in the wheel of wheelchair capitalism; at least for a little while.
Come work for Fast Travel Carriage Services.

Welcome to the Fast Travel Carriage Services family!Come work for Fast Travel Carriage Services.

We're happy to have you, and you are a valued member of our team. But like any family, there are some rules to follow that will make for a better experience during your tenure as an indentured servant. After all, everyone benefits when your debt is paid promptly, but in the end all debts will be paid.
1. Representing the company:
Always care for the needs of your clients, particularly noble clients, in a courteous and deferential manner. Titleage is the law, but respect is the expectation. Always pick up nobility in fashionable carriages, and cater to their whims without fuss. And keep in mind, a driver is merely part of a carriage, and a carriage doesn't spread gossip.
Uniforms are available, though not mandatory. Brand recognition should be a priority, and use of the slogan "Thank you for using Fast Travel Services" is required. Always aim to offer a smooth ride. Avoid discomforting your clients by being a safe driver, and avoid lawsuits by driving around pedestrians, not through them.
2. Fares and Business:
Each driver sets their own price, and personalizes their own carriage experience. For example, services can be a simple taxi ride, or an entire event, such as ((Annie's character)) offering romantic rides through the country. Storytellers can offer historical tours, ghost-story themed rides for autumn, or even mock-dramas with actors. You can offer food and drinks, come up with a 'tour of Regalia's most fashionable homes', the only limit is your creativity. (Those seeking further motivation to come up with profitable ideas will be given such motivations until their profit margins improve.)
Do not overcharge for fares. Do not charge 30-50 regals to go one block. However, for high risk (unpopular, enemy-prone, Lothar) clients, a 'security fee' may be appropriate. Always remember, that a percentage of your wage goes to the company's coffers.
3. Liability:
Fast Travel Carriage Services and by extension House Sorenvik are not liable for damages incurred in Crookback, by your own subpar driving or risk-taking, or by vitriolic enemies burning down your cart.
4. Debt:
There are many ways to decrease your debt.
There are many ways to increase your debt.
All debts will be paid.
Being a liability risk increases your debt, as does destroying or damaging your cart. If you cannot pay your debt through service, it will be collected from you by professionals. Professionals whose skills do not include driving carts.
5. Complaints:
The public can write formal complaints against you. Accumulating complaints will result in strikes on your record, and an increase of your debt, culminating in your termination. As a driver. For the company. You do not want to be terminated.
