Not sure how many members of the community are aware, but Mojang recently got a law team together to start taking legal action against servers who are breaking their EULA (sure took a while, right?). While we'd like to think positive, Massivecraft is in the red by breaking the EULA with multiple donor perks, such as:
So this is everything listed on the donor pages which violates Mojang's EULA, if you weren't aware. While Massivecraft did comply to the EULA for a short time, they did revert themselves back to violation after. Majorly, the big issue about this is if Mojang forces Massivecraft to comply, these perks must/will be eradicated, which seems great to any non-donor. But, there will be no incentive to donate, and the server will achieve sufficient money. So, what's your thoughts?
