Who
The Enlightened Assembly of Arcanology, Alchemy, and Engineering Sciences (EAAAES) is an organization of magically, alchemically, and technologically enlightened scholars, explorers, engineers, and artificers who seek to combine magic, alchemy, and engineering together to help the world. Founded by Lord Asger Nordjhem after his return from the North, EAAAES seeks to aid the world through the use of public and private services to the people of Regalia and beyond. The organization is sponsored by House Nordjhem, and as such, will hold meetings, events, and scholarly seminars at the Winter Palace.
The EAAAES hosts a variety of services and events, including, but not limited to:
- Exploration of ruins, ancient civilizations, and technologically advanced and diverse locations
- A peaceful and safe environment in which to learn, study, and practice arcanology, alchemy, and engineering
- Hosts of events including scholarly seminars, duels, balls, workshops, and more
- A balance between upper and middle-class exposure
- A group of like-minded individuals in which to experience and grow in the arts with
- And much, much more
While the EAAAES tries to be as inclusive as possible, there are a few rules and regulations to take note of for those interested in either joining or collaborating with the group:
- No illegally afflicted
- No ACTIVE criminals: If you are arrested or have a warrant out for your arrest, you will not be accepted into the organization. If you are arrested or have a warrant out for your arrest after acceptance into the group, the leaders of the organization will decide whether further punishment is required.
- No magic, alchemical, or technological attacks on associated members, allies, or others at events without explicit permission.
- Uphold regalian law and regulations, this includes a presentation at social events outside of the organization. Our events are one thing, and others are another. Don't disrupt non-magical events with the use of magic gained or learned from the organization or elsewhere.
As stated prior, the EAAAES seeks mages, scholars, adventurers, engineers, alchemists, and those who wish to learn any of these crafts. If this interests you, please don't hesitate to reach out. While you don't have to be a mage, engineer, or alchemist to join, your character should be ok with all of these aspects before applying.
Those who wish to join must pen a letter to Lord Asger Nordjhem (Discord: Krunksoup#9818) with the following information:
Name: Your Minecraft username.
Discord: Your Discord username.
Time Zone: Your time zone.
Character Application: A link to the sheet for your character.
Letter: An IC letter to Lord Asger Nordjhem stating your interests, prior experience, and/or eagerness to learn in any of the fields of study listed above.
Anyone who applies will need to meet with Lord Asger Nordjhem or one of the leaders before being accepted. Do not apply on the forums.
