    In the Regalian Capital
    • The Vampire plague has been called to a halt due to the cooperation of Old Town slum dwellers, Vigilant Shield members, Wardens, Hammers of Holmganga members, Imperial Guard, Allar forces as well as average citizens from both noble and commoner classes working together. While the Vampires had originally taken the Dragon District of their own, the forces of good seem to have retaken it for the city for now.
    • While the military recommends a military purge on Old Town, economists as well as Kade bureaucrats are in an uproar over the potential impending doom should a civil war between social classes erupt in Regalia over the vampire incidents, causing von Treppewitz, the supreme leader of the military, to withhold most of his troops and send them to reinforce the southern Hadaria borders and Kade forces on the Elven front instead, citing that a show of force to foreign nations is crucial, for showing internal weakness would only invite opportunism among Regalia's many enemies. His hopes of denying the severity of the Vampire plague are rested on the idea that if Regalia seems to not take the Vampire matter seriously, other nations will fall to the ruse of the disguised danger.
    • As quickly as Kathar slaves arrived in the hundreds, some concerned locals on the coast notified authorities of mass-graves filled with Kathar corpses. When investigating the matter, the Cro-Allar who supposedly owned all the slaves simply shrugged and said they ran out of food to feed them with, so he had to get rid of 'defective property'. Unfortunately for any would be abolitionist, murdering one's own slave is still legal in the Regalian Empire because slaves are still classified as property, and property has no rights. Some religious men made a ruckuss over the fact that Kathar were buried on the holy isle of Regalia, which did prompt the slave owner to burn the corpses and send the ashes by crates back to Daendroc however, albeit begrudgingly so.
    In the Western Continents
    • Kade Forces have finally started denting some of the Elven defenders while the ratrace for the central Princes continues. The Imperial Dragon once more on the Regalian side, momentum of the troops was maintained, however rumors of a Void Dragon among the Kathar armies further west give some military speculators pause and concern.
    • More and more Kade forces are pulled away from Anglia, as well as troops from Calemberg, Girobalda, Drachenwald & Vixhall to support the ongoing war against the Elven Principalities in the West.
    In the Southern Continents
    • Varied skirmishes between the Sendrassian and Hadarian Digmaans continue and multiply, increasing from several a week to several a day. There is no concrete evidence of a full-blown invasion, but the build-up of military engagements seem to indicate that the Sendrassian Empire is testing the Regalian Empire's southern borders, as well as the loyalty of the Cro-Allar who serve the Empire in the occupation zone of Hadaria.
    In the Eastern Continents
    • Just as quickly as Hellion Wolf-men descended on the southern Songaskian provinces, have they disappeared. Brave scouts venturing into their lands have found no evidence of them ever having been there, whole villages simply empty and abandoned, and no clear signs of any destruction or theft of even very valuable gold or diamond decorated objects of religious or financial value.
    In the Northern Continents
    • The Dorkarthi Principality seems to have taken note of the Vampire surge in the Regalian Empire and has taken the opportunity to strike against the last remnant of the Hedryll Kingdom. The Isldar meanwhile seem to be nowhere near, however the Vampires are also avoiding the interior Isldar lands. Some claim the Isldar have allied with the Vampires, though some also speculate they have simply agreed to a mutual disinterest in each other's affairs since Vampires have nothing to gain from Isldar, and Isldar have wars to fight of their own. The Hedryll Kingdom holds fast, supported by occasional reinforcements of Oak Knights from Nordskag as well as the occasional Skagger unit from Drixagh, content to fight the Vampires instead of risk a slow and steady cultural decline in their homeland.
    In the Archipelago of Regalia
    • The Iron Duke of Vultaro marches 150,000 troops across the border of Termini, crossing from the Vultarin Region into the Montanian Region and laying siege to various di Alan castles. While the di Alan family descended in typical Dressolini city-geo-politics anarchy after the death of the di-Alan lineage, the Lampero Duke attacks all sides indiscriminately, and sometimes even appeared on the field while two armies were already engaged to capture both of them. The campaign is certainly far less aggressive than a normal war of conquest, after all castles are mostly just captured instead of razed, but the reality becomes that most of di-Alan's lands quickly crumble under the Lampero army. The Iron Duke announces that his Iron Legions have restored order to the local mountainous lands for the glory of the Empire, and that the geo-regional infighting of the Dressolini city states has come to an end with a gauntlet of force. Indeed, the military quickly establishes martial law on the various cities that are captured, leaving some third of the lands unoccupied and in continuation of regional strife and civil conflict.
    • Following the regional occupation based unification of the south, north and eastern Dressolini lands, The Lampero Duke (who has chosen to retain the title of Duke) sends the State Council a request to provide house Lampero with a seat on the State Council to reflect the geo political situation in the Archipelago, as well as recognition of his force of arms with his colossal army. This request immediately also galvanizes Frederique, the Prince of Vixhall, to request a seat on the State Council, which in turn prompts his enemy Duke d'Gosselin to request a seat on the State Council, or at the very least for the Counil to block the Vixhall nobles from taking office in the State Council.
    • House Kade, being incredibly dormant during the war, gives most of its regional control over to the cadet family Kade-Schwarze. The Duke of Kade-Schwarze Reginald V immediately appropriates a vast sum of the Kade House of Trade, and spends it all on the prospect construction of a large wall on the southern border of Anglia, some of which crossing into lands belonging to House Harhold without asking for permission, citing the need to protect the Empire's bread basket against any "future hostilities from southern parties", a reference to the chaos that erupted when the Dragenthaler nobles refused to assist the Kade rebellion against the Anahera Dictatorship, leading to armed conflicts with southern borders.
    • House Kehlen sends numerous envoys to Narlas in an attempt to secure the support for Kehlen instead, seeking to gain more power among the nobility of Dragenthal. The plan however horribly backfires when Kehlen cites the need for the locals to support Kehlen in the absence of Drache and Reinhardt which have all but disappeared from geo-politics. The local barons instead turn on Kehlen, now seeing him as the power hungry Duke they all rallied against before, as he is the only major title holder left in the Dragenthal region aside from Harhold which encroaches from the north. In the absence of a clear stance from House Kehlen on Harhold's Dragenthal holdings, the local barons have refused to acknowledge Kehlen's influence and directly oppose it even.

Nouveau cringed at the news of the Kathar slaves. She exhaled a long breath, and tilted her head back to spare a silent moment of remorse for the fallen, before carrying on with her day.
