❊ |Personality Concept: Elewisa is a passionate woman who cares for the well-being of most if not the majority of the people of the Empire. Her reason is she wishes to help those see the light at the end of the tunnel and to see the Empire thrive and flourish. She is normally bubbly and optimistic, but lately, she is turning a leaf and seeing the situation in a more mature light.

❊ General Appearance| Elewisa stands at five feet even with a hour-glass fuller figure. Her soft heart-shaped face is adorned with two beauty marks; one being right under her left eye and the other under the right side of her bottom lip. Sprinkled with light freckles and a scar that slits from her right brow under her eye, she wears light or no makeup for the most part and tends to have her fiery red unruly curly hair adorned with clips and jewels amongst the curls of her hair and dreads. Ele often wears loose dresses with gloves and hair accessories when out in the public. Sometimes wearing pants even.

◌| She was one of the youngest born to Etienne and Noemie Peirgarten in Lorhauser, Elewisa was raised comfortably due to her nobility. She was a thrilled child with the eagerness of wanting to be like her older siblings trying to catch up with them constantly. She felt she had accomplished this when Emmon was born. Elewisa was often being the big sister to him when she could and had done what her older siblings have done to her by reading picture books, playing pretend pirates, and even sneaking a sweet roll from the kitchens.
◌| At the age of twelve, she aimed to become a hero in the waters. Besides her general education and lessons on etiquette, she also applied herself to the naval school of Regalia. Around the same time, her baby brother passed on and she was left to mourn by herself as she surrounded herself with distractions of learning and sailing.
◌| At the age of sixteen, she developed a love for herbology, art, and various cuisines. Expressing it in various ways to show she cared for a person. This made her also broaden her views on how people lived and their culture as good food is a universal language at harder times and good times.
◌| Finally finishing up her schooling, she heard that the majority of her family moved to Regalia and that her sister was with child. She dared not miss out on meeting her new nephew and so she jumped into a boat and whisked herself to the city where she planned to be with her family and make friends.
◌| She served as an Admiral in the war that happened against Rutgher in March of 310 under Count Peirgarten as Southern Markmarshall. During wish she was severely wounded as she tried to rescue her crew from the flames that enveloped her ship. She'd heal from that to a point until the Bralonas came and crashed into the Palace killing the 'Emperor' before her and her family.
◌| During that, she found herself hopping on rooftops, scouting, planning, gathering intel, and providing supplies and food for the survivors. She did end up being a prisoner like many others, but did not and would not break for the Bralonas to learn any 'useful' intel. She instead learned about them and was able to write a book about it.
◌| Recovering from that and the war, she managed to stow away back in Lorhauser with her mother to fully heal and recoup. During which she became strong enough to hold herself accountable. Hearing the dissolvement of Ministries and conspiracies that rise up through the streets, she finds herself at the very familiar city. Regalia.
