Archived Dieing And Flying Aren't The Same Thing

Since I'm maiar, I need water to gain hunger, so my hunger bar is always low
But right now I'm building my house in a jungle tree in my faction Guardians, once I go up and vine and fall
I usely die but every time I die I spawn in my bed but right when I get out of my bed I get kicked and it says
I got kicked for flying... And every time I can't get back into the server to get my stuff because its always full.
But why do I keep getting kicked??? Flying and dieing and totally different things.

Also this is already a known bug, please be smarter and read the reports before yours. There already were many instances of something similar to this happening, so I'm looking at this as spam.

Okay, I'm w writing this on a iPod so, it was kinda hard to read but know that you pointed it put yeah, I can see the problem, sorry for the spam.
Any ideas of when this will be fixed?
