I've been banned for about three days? There is no ban information on my /seen, and I have no clue what happened. I've decided to vent on the forums because I haven't gotten a single word about it, and no one other than @BittaBoBittoBa has tried to help. I've tried to talk to staff about it, but always end up getting the same response: "That ain't my job pal, talk to a game staff." When I actually found one I got something similar: "I don't /do/ ban appeals, buddy." I have gotten a lot done while being "off" the server though! I got my first character sketch done, and even started calling Lazzulai "Lazzy AKA Lazy" I just hope that this post sparks the tiniest amount of popularity to get me unbanned. So, anyone up for a new hashtag? Cuz I got one. Help me out by using the hashtag #freeMadlyEvilJared! Stand up to end the social injustice that is /uncalled for bans/!

Your IP probably got banned by that thing that prevents shady IPs from getting on the server.

I wouldnt count on it. In fact the more popular this thread is, the less chance youll probably be unbanned lolol

Eh, maybe. But I've done nothing wrong. There is nothing keeping me off other than this pesky little IP Permaban.

Yeah, most likely. I am just the tiniest bit bored though now, and truly hope that I can get on before I am kicked from my faction, miss some sort of epic RP event, etc.

@MadlyEvilJared Only Rank 3 game staff (Thortuna, Addrion, Gethelp, and Myself) have the ability/permissions to unban players or to handle appeals. Although you may have attempted to contact staff, if they were not in the game department they wouldn't know what to do in the situation. Lower ranking game staff should direct you to contact a Rank 3 game staff. Calling a lower ranking staff member out implying they are "lazy" is insulting as they cannot help you with the situation in the first place. Our game staff work very hard to help the server function and run as smoothly as possible, but not everyone can do everything. In the future, if you need help regarding a potential IP ban please make a private conversation and include more than one rank 3 game staff in the conversation (again, that is Thortuna, Addrion, Gethelp, and Myself).

Now, I have just checked our list of IP bans on the server. One of your IPs was banned some time ago for ban evading. I have now unbanned this so you should be able to log in now.

Pretty much every post ive seen from you on the forums is something everyone else could have gone about their day without knowing, and its usually you being a jerk so as far as I'm concerned it looks to me as if you LOOK for something to say on everything, trying to insult everyone else's intelligence and make yourself seem bigger

To be fair, OP decided to post a thread to use emotional sentiment to blackmail game staff into dealing with his appeal faster because he didn't get a reply in 48 hours, even though the mtth is at least 3 days.
